Auxiliary can be defined as “providing help.” And that is precisely the purpose of the RMCHCS Auxiliary - to serve patients and their families by providing assistance, encouragement and support. The RMCHCS Auxiliary consists of over 60 active members who serve in a variety of ways including fundraising, operating one thrift shop and the Gift Shop, running the Information Desk, coordinating blood drives and helping to plan the annual Community Health Fair.
The RMCHCS Auxiliary is very active in planning and supporting Charity Invitational, the annual RMCHCS fundraising event. The Auxiliary also provides several scholarships each year to area students studying to enter the field of healthcare.
