Volunteers are a very important part of the RMCHCS family. The RMCHCS Auxiliary coordinates RMCHCS volunteer activities. Volunteering is always a very rewarding experience. If you are interested in becoming a RMCHCS volunteer, please call (505) 863-7325.
Who can volunteer?
Anyone can volunteer! No matter what your age, abilities or time available, you can be involved as a volunteer at RMCHCS.? Volunteers can choose to be active Auxiliary members (serving 50 or more hours a year), associate members, or patron members or hospice members. Young people ages 13-17 can be involved in the Youth Volunteer Program sponsored by the RMCHCS Auxiliary.
What will I do as a volunteer?
RMCHCS Auxiliary members serve in a variety of ways, from operating the Gift Shop, assisting patients and families at the Information Desk, assisting in special events, working in the Thrift Shop, assisting at blood drives, participating in the planning and coordinating of the annual Health Fair, providing encouragement to patients and families and the list goes on! No matter what your interests are, you will find many opportunities for service through the RMCHCS Auxiliary. |
